CloudCarry — Puffer Shoulder Bag

It weighs
nothing.
It holds
everything.

Cloud on your shoulder. Filing cabinet inside.

A quilted crescent built soft where it touches you — and ruthlessly structured everywhere it matters.

Matte nylon · 4 pockets · 19–35 cm strap

On the shoulder

01 — The drape. No stiff panel, no dig.

The whole idea
Softoutside

Air-filled quilting in a 2×4 grid. Padded strap, padded body, padded knot. It presses into your side instead of pressing back.

Sharpinside

Four compartments, each with a job. Keys stop vanishing. Your phone stops swimming. Nothing lives at the bottom.

Quilt detail

02 — Matte, dry-touch nylon. Zero shine.

Four things nobody else copies

Why this one
stays on.

A strap that forgets it's loaded

Wide and padded across the full shoulder contact area. No thin webbing, no metal slider sitting on your collarbone.

Knot adjuster, not a buckle

Pull the sculpted top knot and the drop moves from 19 to 35 cm. Shoulder to crossbody in one motion, no hardware to catch on knitwear.

Loft that doesn't die

Channel-stitched every 6 cm so the fill can't migrate. The puff stays where it was sewn instead of flattening into a sad pancake.

No logo tax

Silver micro-zips tucked into the seams, and nothing stamped on the front. It reads expensive because of the shape, not a nameplate.

Back zip pocket

Flat against your body. Card, ID, transit pass — reachable without opening the bag.

2

Twin mesh pockets

Two open sleeves inside. Sunscreen upright, lip balm findable, bottle not rolling around.

3

Side slip pocket

Outside, thumb-height. Power bank or phone in, one second out.

4

Interior zip pocket

The locked drawer. Keys and cash zipped shut so they never hit the bottom of the bag.

What fits

04 — Packed, and still soft on the shoulder.

Measured, not guessed

Looks small.
Isn't.

Width is what you see. Depth is what carries. Ten centimetres of it — so the bag opens into a bowl, not a slot.

Straight answers

Ask the
hard ones.

Will the puff flatten after a few months?
No — and here's the mechanism, not a promise. Loft dies when fill migrates into one corner. The 2×4 channel stitching seals the fill into eight separate pockets roughly 6 cm apart, so it has nowhere to travel. Squash it in a locker all day and it re-lofts on the walk home.
Honestly — is it big enough to actually use?
25 cm across and 10 cm deep. That depth is the point: it opens into a bowl instead of a slot. Phone, full wallet, keys, 500 ml bottle, sunglasses case and a makeup pouch go in together. What it won't take is a 13-inch laptop. If you need one, this isn't the bag.
Does the strap dig in when it's loaded?
The strap is padded across the entire shoulder contact zone and adjusts by knot, not by buckle — so there's no metal slider sitting on your collarbone and nothing to snag knitwear. The load spreads instead of concentrating on a 2 cm line.
Puffy nylon can look cheap. Does this?
Cheap reads as shine. This shell is matte with a dry hand-feel, the zips are recessed into the seams, and there's no logo plate anywhere on it. The silhouette does the talking — that's why it photographs like a designer half-moon rather than a gym bag.
The Khaki and Blush are light. Will they stain?
The shell is water-repellent and wipe-clean: damp cloth, light circular motion, air dry. Coffee and rain bead rather than soak. Don't machine wash it — that's what wrecks quilted bags, not daily use.
How does it sit — shoulder or crossbody?
Both, in one motion. Pull the knot out for a 35 cm crossbody drop, tighten it to 19 cm to wear it high and tucked under the arm. No re-threading, no tools.

The strap is the whole reason I kept it

I have a bad left shoulder and thin straps are a nightmare. Wore this loaded through a 40-minute commute and forgot it was there. That never happens.

Deeper than the photos suggest

Ordered expecting a phone-and-keys bag. It swallowed my water bottle, a paperback and a makeup pouch and still zipped shut flat. The depth is doing something the pictures can't show.

Great bag, took me a day to trust the knot

The knot adjuster felt strange at first because I'm used to buckles. It hasn't slipped once in three weeks and I like it more than a slider now. Docking a star only because I'd like a slightly longer crossbody drop — I'm 5'10".

Keys finally stopped disappearing

The inner zip pocket is small and boring and it fixed the thing I hate about every soft bag. No more digging at the bottom in the rain.

Survived a rainy market run

Got caught in proper rain with the khaki one. Water sat on the surface in beads, wiped off with a tea towel, no dark patches the next morning. I was fully expecting to regret the light colour.

Perfect personal item for flying

Squashed under the seat on a four-hour flight, came out and puffed back into shape by baggage claim. The back zip pocket held my passport where I could reach it without opening the main compartment.

No laptop, and that's fine — know that going in

My iPad mini fits, my 13-inch does not. The listing says so and it's accurate, I just wanted to confirm it for anyone hoping. As an everything-else bag it's the best one I own.

Doesn't look like a nylon bag in person

This is the part that surprised me. It's completely matte, no plasticky sheen, and the zips are hidden in the seams. Two colleagues asked which brand it was and there's no logo to point at.

Replaced a tote I'd carried for two years

I was carrying a big tote because I thought I needed the space. Turns out I needed pockets. Half the volume, everything findable, shoulder no longer aching by 6pm.

The quilting still looks new

Eight weeks of being thrown on café chairs and shoved in a locker. No flat spots, no loose stitching, the seams are all still crisp. That was my main worry with a padded bag.

Bought the second one three weeks later

Started with black for work, added khaki for weekends. Same bag, reads completely differently with jeans. The light lining makes finding things genuinely easier than my old black-on-black bag.

Mesh pockets keep the bottle upright

Small thing, big difference. My reusable bottle used to lie sideways and leak into everything. Now it stands in the mesh sleeve and stays there.
